Welcome to the ClearSupport Registration Process
To ensure we provide the best possible service and value to our
supported customers, we authenticate customers on their login. To do this, we
require our Supported customers to register their Support certificate on our
website. This process is very simple and is a one-time registration designed
to authenticate supported customers.
Please follow the steps below:
| STEP 1: REGISTER
YOURSELF ON THE WEBSITE |
Simply
complete our short registration form to become a registered "member"
of the Clearswift website. This will then give you a login (of your WORK
email address and a password of your choice).
Please note: If you have already registered, please skip to STEP 2 and login
as normal, when prompted. |
| STEP 2: REGISTER
YOUR SUPPORT CERTIFICATE |
 This
registration is a one-time registration that enables us to associate your
"user" account (from Step 1) with your company's current support
contract. The certificate need only be registered once. If your company's
certificate has already been registered, please skip to STEP 3.
The
Support Certificate sent to your company holds details of a web Access
Code and your Company Name (see image). These
details are required to register your Support Certificate on the website
and must be entered exactly as written. You
will then be sent a unique Support website password for your company.
Please keep this for your records.
NB:
If you have not received your certificate please contact
your local Support Team. |
| STEP 3: LOGIN FOR
THE SUPPORT CENTER |
 Employees
of a company with a current Support certificates, may be prompted to login
the first time they access the Support Center. This registration is just
to authenticate that person's record with the company one.
Simply select your company's name from the drop down and
enter your company's Support Password (if you have it). If you do not,
click Send Password and it will be emailed to you immediately. |
| STEP 4: SUCCESS! |
You
have now successfully registered and logged onto the online Support Center.
