Which Version to Download?
In common with many other vendors, in order not to infringe various American held patents we are obligated to offer a variant to the U.S. market that does not include the embedded anti-virus support.
This is the variant that must be deployed in U.S. installations unless the customer has previously purchased a license to enable Kaspersky antivirus on the Edge Server in which case they should download the “Rest of the World” variant.

LICENSING
You may deploy your Clearswift software in any manner that you deem
appropriate, subject to complying with the Clearswift license agreement at all
times. Please refer to the Clearswift license agreement to determine the
appropriate license structure required to support your desired deployment. When
purchasing the Clearswift software you must fully describe your deployment so
that you may purchase the correct license structure.
